Bali is a very beautiful part of the southeastern subcontinent of Asia. It is more widely known than the very country that it belongs to, Indonesia. Bali is a complete package for anyone who is looking for an adventurous trip, romantic getaway, honeymoon, family getaway and what not. Bali is well known to cater to all the kinds of visitors that come here and their very own tailored manner. One can never go unsatisfied from this place. Below is a short list of interesting places that you must visit while you're on your Bali tour packages from Mumbai.

Volcano Agung:
This place is considered very holy amongst the Balinese people. All the Balinese people try to face their head in the direction toward this volcano. The reason that makes this volcano a really sacred one is that the locals here believe that this is the replica of Mt. Meru, which is the central axis of the whole universe. This volcano last erupted in 1963 and is still active till the date.

Bamboo chocolate factory:
This is one of the most interesting places to visit in Bali, as this chocolate factory is situated in a bamboo building, which again to your surprise, is the world’s largest commercially used bamboo structure. This factory was opened in the year 2011, it also offers its visitors a tour around the factory and also a wide variety of chocolates to feed your cavities.

Black sand beaches:
Bali is renowned for its beautiful, un-spoilt white sand beaches that give this place the trophy of “Tropical paradise on earth”. But to our surprise Bali is also home to a few black sand beaches. These beaches get this color from the volcanoes that surround the whole Indonesian peninsula. Though the black sand makes it look a little dirty and also the fact that it traps heat, it is an experience in itself to see this beach.

The most expensive coffee:
Bali is a great place to have the world’s most expensive coffee, Kopi Luwak. Though this coffee is not exclusive to Bali and can be found within and around The Indonesian peninsula. This coffee is made from the coffee beans collected from the excreta of Civets. Civets are a kind of nocturnal animals that eat the coffee berries then digest them in their digestive system to give it a distinctive taste. The price of this coffee can go up to Rs. 3500 per cup.

Bali safari and Marine Park:
Going around the Bali
safari and Marine Park will enable you to see and enjoy around 400 specimens belonging to 80 different species living in a natural looking man made habitat. You are to board a bus which will then take you into the wild where these animals coexist in a natural balance. It also boasts a marine park within the same property. Also, do carry your swimsuits and towels along if at all you wish to take a dip in the nearby water park.
